Description: S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule is a combination medicine used in the treatment of stomach cancer. It can be used alone or in combination with some medicines as part of combination chemotherapy. It works by interfering with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed.S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule should be taken with water at least 1 hour before or 1 hour after a meal. Tegafur gets converted to its active form known as 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) that inhibits the synthesis and function of genetic material DNA and RNA and prevents the growth of cancer cells. Gimeracil prevents the breakdown of 5-FU, which helps maintain high concentrations of 5-FU against cancer cells. Oteracil suppresses 5-FU’s gastrointestinal toxicity.
